Client Login Page

The Web application comes with a start page which shows the Henry Mensah Certified Public Accountant and Business Advisors logo, a login form and a link to recover lost password:

Client Hub

After login the application opens the Client Hub page which shows the Client’s Private Messages, Uploaded Files and a File Upload section to use to upload files to the users HUB.  The standard welcome page is just the text “Hi ‘Client Name’ Welcome To Your Private Portal”:

Sending A New Private Message

  1. Click on New tab to bring the message form.
  2. Enter the recipient name or select recipient from list in the select members textbox.
  3. Enter the message subject in the subject textbox.
  4. Type the message in the message box. 
  5. Click on the send message button to send the message to the recipient.
  6. To cancel the sending of the message, press the cancel button.

Viewing Inbox Messages

To view all messages you’ve received, Click Inbox tab. All unread messages are displayed in bold. Messages you’ve read are displayed in regular font type. All messages in your inbox show the sender’s name, a message subject, a short snippet of message text, and the date on which the message was sent. To read a given message, Select the message you want to read and click anywhere on that message’s message line.

Viewing Sent Messages

Click on Sent messages tab then you will be able to see a list of all messages that have been sent to other members. You will be able to see a bunch of information relating to the message:

  • The Date/time the message was sent.
  • The client’s name.
  • The content of the sent message. 

Uploaded Files

This section shows the list of files uploaded by the user and it can be deleted, renamed by the user.

Uploading New Files

Click on Add Files, a pop up box will open on the screen. Locate the appropriate file and click on open to select it.

Write a short description for the file and click on Start Upload to upload the file on to the portal.
